We have a problem here as some of our more intelligent terminals (as well
as our MacIntosh emulators) like to send XOFFs (^S) to EMACS when their
buffers are full. I haven't figured out how to write an mlisp function or
something so that these keys can be bound to "stop-transmitting-to-tty" and
"resume-transmitting-to-tty".

I would very much appreciate getting some mail on this subject.
