Today I had a McDonald's value pack for lunch, and yes, I counted 11
chicken McNuggets. The box was interesting though. It was the same size
as the nine box, and had a large nine on the side like the old 9 piece
box, but it had different colors, and had a small circle which said "11-
piece value pack stamped in the corner". So, if one looks from a distance
at this box, it may seem as if one is getting ripped-off, in reality
one is getting a fair deal. The value pack came with a large coke, and 
extra-large (not available separately) fries.
