At least non-smokers make use of ashtrays!  Most smokers seem to
think they have license to throw their butts anywhere.  If I had a
penny or even a half a penny for each time I have seen a smoker throw
a butt on the ground, I would be a rich man.  Smokers seem to think
that if they take the time to stamp their litter out, they have done
the world a service!  This to all the smokers out there in netland:
If you don't have anything to do with the butt, don't
smoke!!!!!!!!!!!
