I don't know what we are giving them, but that doesn't matter, they'll get
it anyway (ever heard of the word SPY?) I keep on hearing about high tech
shipments that are not meant to go to them, but somehow 'disappear' from
the face of the earth, and lo ! they have them.                     

Amazing, I didn't once say once who I meant by 'they'.
