No notes of failed delivery before or anything! They did try to hide it but without letting me know so I have no idea how long it was sitting there. Good thing it didn't rain. The only solution I can think of is to request that the company sending the material use the U.S. Postal oraface. In other words, a boycott of these scumbuckets until they get their act together! Anybody else got any better solutions?
