I don't know about you but a lot of the drunks I know don't 'feel' drunk while they are wasted. They realize once they've sobered up 'gosh I was drunk and shouldn't have driven home' but until they've sobered up they refuse to admit they're impaired. So I think having a breathalizer in each bar is a good idea because it forces the people/drunks to realize 'hey I'm drunk and if I drive I could get caught and in trouble'. fred
