I recently received a package from UPS that contained a signed lithograph. Clearly stamped on both sides of the package were the words "DO NOT BEND" Guess what? There was a great big 30 degree bend in the package right across those very words. The print, of course was damaged, not that UPS gives a damn about how they handle my parcels. It will be fun to see what good the insurance paid on this package will be.
