After that is over then you have a period of two years where you are allowed to drink and drive BUT if your blood count, if you get stopped, is over the legal limit it is considered a second offense and off to jail for a year. After you make it thru 5 years successfully, then you petition to get it expunged. It is not automatic. Bob Nebert
