(Just like the gun-toting madman with the Uzi in the mall). This is not right. If you tried, then the worst defense lawyers could play down a death penalty since the plea would be for temporary lack of sanity(which is obvious). And if you want to dispute that, then I guess the courts were wrong in letting Hinkley live...
