John, you missed the point...
	I am not saying that drunk driving is right, I am saying that the
fanatics out on the net think people should be shot for it. (Just like the
gun-toting madman with the Uzi in the mall). This is not right. If you
tried, then the worst defense lawyers could play down a death penalty since
the plea would be for temporary lack of sanity(which is obvious). And if you
want to dispute that, then I guess the courts were wrong in letting Hinkley
live...

	I think that the sentences for OUI are fair and accurate(for those
majority of cases where the driver does not contact any other object).
