   I need som hints for:
    

     1) phone ringing in the morning for Mrs. Robner

     2) the ladder is used when murdered

     3) where is the gun ???



*****   So far, I just found the secret room where Mr. Robner put his
       new will in his safe.  The only person who know about the safe
       were George and his father.  I already arrested George for not 
       telling me the truth about the safe and the secret room.  I arrested
       him but it was not enough evidence.  So I need help with these
       three hints above......
