Help, please ...

  I played a version of Empire on a Vax running VMS at Xaviar University.
It was one player against the computer in a war type simulation. I would
like to get the instructions for this game. Does anyone know if the source
code is available? I am think that this would be a great game for the Mac,
which I happen to have one of.
