I've been playing for a little while, but I've yet to discover
how to use or play the following:

1.What does one do with worm teeth?

2.What should I do about a nurse besides beat on her?

3.What is the purpose of engraving?

4.Recently I was on level 20 and I found that the staircases had switched
around (down meant up and visa versa).  Yet whenever  tried to
use one of them, a mysterious force prevented me.  I even tried
dropping everything I had, but to no avail.  I finally had to quit.
Interestingly this invoked some bug which saved a game for me, and when
I attempted to restart, the dungeon would collapse and I paniced.
