Announcing a new diplomacy game on the block.

I am GM'ing a new e-mail diplomacy game with the players listed
below. If you're a player and didn't get my mail contact me ASAP.
I will post results promptly to the net - kibbitzers are cordially invited.

(1) Can anyone tell me how I go about getting a Boardman Number?

(2) Does anyone have an opening for a player in another game?
