So they let their lot go to forest. (This does not take long around here.) Their house is cool, there's no grass (except where the birdseed sprouted); the neighbors are going to need a chainsaw to clear it out. The newer, "planned cities" (how I detest that phrase!) almost invariably have all sorts of covenants restricting what you can do with you lawn. Suburbia conquers all....
