A person in the business school here would like references to any
articles about how computer networks have increased productivity.
He is NOT (*not*) interested in office productivity stuff.  He is
interested  in research productivity especially, but other refer-
ences would be alright.  All sizes of networks are of interest  -
that will be one of the more useful parameters, I suspect.
