I have a roof mounted section of ROHN tower that has angle-iron feet. I installed 2-by-10's under the roof between the rafters and bolted the tower thru these boards. Standing on the tower and trying to rock it shows no give at all. I weatherproofed the bolt holes with roof cement. I don't have a tribander on it but I have 4 VHF/UHF ham and TV antennas on it. This same tower section did support a TA-33 at one time and survived 70 plus mph winds. Bob K9EUI
