The packet radio mailing list is now linked to the Usenet news group
net.ham-radio.packet.  The link from the mailing list to the news group
is direct, but because of problems I have seen with other news groups,
the link from the news group to the mailing list will be moderated.  I
will try to remove messages like "Does/should this news group exist?"
and messages which are followups to the wrong group, etc.  

For those people receiving the mailing list via UUCP, after a few weeks
to make sure everything is stable, you may want to be removed from the
mailing list to reduce the UUCP traffic though eddie's neighbors.
