The area of Lancatester County in question contains the towns of Intercourse, Paradise, Blue Ball, and Bird-in-Hand. Route 340 (I think) is usually referred to as the rode to Paradise (It goes through Intercourse first). Furthermore there is a U.S. Post Office in Intercourse. My mother (a former tour guide) used to point this out, usually causing a rush for the post office so people could get things post- marked "Intercourse".
