Yes, John...I agree that
MAYBE net.bizarre could use a poster.  It certainly needs a
MOTTO; ie, words to die by. I suggest the words of Commodore
Grace Murry Hooper -"It's easier to apologize - than- 
                     to get permission"
because this may be the first known case where these words
do NOT hold true.
