Enough of white Rabbits with IMLATE as their plate.  How about something new,
like one I saw, a BLACK rabbit with IMERLY as its plate. 

Strangest plate I've ever seen, a New Hampshire plate that read:

Serious, the "number" was 2 dashes! Do you guys in N.H. have any rules for
personal plates?
