Yes, cornstarch baby powder is lots better than talc, but
here's a word of warning. Some diaper rash varieties are
yeasts and as you might expect they thrive on cornstarch.
So be prepared to cut out the cornstarch if a diaper rash
gets worse and worse despite your careful changing and
powdering techniques.
