BAC DUI (driving under the influence) : .10 BAC I forget what the penalties are but DUI is much harsher. Personally, I think the .05 "crime" is a joke. It would only take me two beers over 30-40 minutes to reach that level, and I know I can drive better after two beers than most of the clowns they let drive straight.
