Hmmm. Well, any site can do this now. If they did, I would take my
mail elsewhere. The fundamental principles that guide UUCP can guide
us into the 21st century if we care to see it happen. Where do you
get the idea that I am proposing anything remotely resembling
CSNET? CSNET is not domained, nor was there any discussion of
a central mail machine. No new sites need connect. No one need
bother dis-connecting. Things go on like normal, only the namespace
has been changed to reflect a distributed view of the world.
