Wintess the "Twinkie Case", that of Dan White, a Coke and Twinkie addict, who shot the mayor and a supervisor of the City of San Francisco, while under the influence of junk food. The courts determined that he was rendered temporarily insane by the ingestion of the aforementioned "junk foods", and was therefore not responsible for his actions.
