But they are in good shape, nice and caries-free. I also have some molars with fillings in them which are servicable but not in as good condition as my wisdom teeth. Is it possible to take out the old molars and put the wisdom teeth in their place? What are the risks? My dentist pooh-poohs the idea but does he know everything? I would really hate to throw out good teeth if I can replace bad teeth with them. --
