How about the natural substance honey. It is about the most highly refined source of glucose that one can find. But I guess one would say that it was naturally refined, meaning that it can contain more insect parts and excretions. Personally, I have to avoid glucose and sucrose (sweets not sweats as I refered to them in a previous posting) to avoid being diabetic. Fructose, and sorbitol are no problem.
