Last Friday I ordered by phone on Visa (36)  256K DRAMS at 120 nsec
from Microprocessors Unlimited for $4.25 each.    Monday they arrived
by Federal Express with the following on the package:

Dear Customer,

We are shipping this to you via Federal Express, at no extra cost to you,
because Federal Express IS a better service and we do sincerely 
appreciate you business.  We hope that you will appreciate our fine
parts and service.


I had ordered them to be sent UPS Blue.   The invoice is very clear
and the charge of shipping, packaging, and handling was $4.   The
ICs came in standard static tubes, wrapped in tin foil, all in packing
'curls' in a very nice reusable box, with several pages of static
warning, handling, who's who in ICs, and related info and company
policies.   There was no charges for using a credit card.

The service from my phone call to delivery 3 days later was nothing
short of fantastic.   If only more mail order places were like
Microprocessors Unlimited, the Better Business Bureau would go out
of business.   I give Microprocessors Unlimited my highest praise
for mail order service.   Their only flaw in perfection is that they
do not have a toll free order phone number.

I have not had a chance to install or test the Toshiba ICs yet, as
the other parts that I ordered on the same day will probably not
arrive for another week or two.
