My father owns a Tandy Model 100 lap computer and is getting frustrated
by the slow speed of Basic.  Thus, he wants to branch out to assembler
for increased speed.  I suspect he'll find he needs to speed up just
parts of his code with assembler interfacing to Basic, but time will
tell.  Anyway, he and I are ignorant of which assembler is preferred
by Model 100 users.  He has literature on Micro Demon's ASM, which
explicitly can interface with Basic.  He also has a writeup on Custom
Software's ASMBLR.CO.  Neither allows you to define your own macros,
but they both have a few builtin ones, plus pseudo-ops that look useful.

So, our question is, are either of these the "standard" of the Model 100,
or is there another assembler that is preferred.  I welcome all user
reactions, testimonials, etc. about these and other products.
