     SUN used to offer this on their 19" tube; the option was about $500;
we bought four, and it worked quite well.  In terms of cost, it's a win
over having to install lamp dimmers, special work areas, etc. for places
with big brightly-lit rooms.  But SUN discontinued it, unfortunately; too
few customers ordered it.
