How do you clean two-sided disk drives?  I have cleaning disks, and the 
instructions say ``put  the cleaning disk into the drive,and engage the
heads''.  I can engage one of the heads by a normal command -- dir 
in ms-dos.  Does this get both heads?  If  not, what does?
