I would like to replace a fan in a computer with a quieter one with similar
specs (air flow).  AC or DC okay.  The fan is about 3" in diameter and is
marked:
	Panaflo DC brushless, 12V 0.32A, Model FBP 08B12H
	Matsushita Electrical.

Any info on the specs of this fan and/or reasonable alternatives would be
appreciated.  Is it reasonable to expect to find a similar but quieter fan
of the same size?
