In particular a Tektronix 4662 plotter which appears to be deaf, but I suspect the pin configuration is at fault. I tried your two configs, but no luck. In the connection to our port selector we use 9 pin out rs232 ___________________________ 2 3 3 2 7 7 6 20 which I am told is totally illogical but it works.
