I am currently writing a microcomputer version of an expert system I used
on a mainframe (Dec-10) to generate overlay structures for large modular
programs.
     
Can anyone supply me with references to the following:
     
1) Info on linking loaders for the IBM-PC that support overlaying  of modules
   in RAM.
     
2) References in  journals or books to the problem of overlaying of programs
   in system memory.
