We are looking for a high performance floating point math library for a 68000. The package needs to be able to use the format specified in IEEE Task P754 (the "IEEE Standard Format"). Ideally the library needs to interface to the Intermetrics C 68000 Cross-Compiler (our host is a VAX 750 running UNIX 4.2bsd), a compiler designed to produce embedded code. We could probably kludge an interface if need be. The capability to utilize the 68881 floating point coprocessor would be a big plus. If anybody out there has purchased a library they are pleased with, or has written one, please email me some information about it. If there is enough response, I'll post a summary. Thanks. -- Craig Smith {ihnp4,decvax,allegra,...}!uw-beaver!tikal!persci!craig
