Lines: 18 I once had a problem with Jumpman, also distributed by EPYX. I called them to tell them that Jampman would not boot up. They told me to mail it back to them and they would send me another copy. No charge mentioned! (although their internal doc says to send along $5 or $10) So, I sent it out, regular mail, New Jersey to California. About a week and a half later, presto!, one new copy of EPYX sent to me in perfect working order! Therefore, don't panic! EPYX is a very good company to do business with. And if they keep their policy the same as when I dealt with them (~ 1 yr ago), I see no reason to back up the disks they distribute! -- Bill Boutin, Bell Communications Research, Inc., 444 Hoes Lane, Room 4D-336, Piscataway, NJ, 08854 201-699-4700
