Apparently the chip reseating in the 520 is a cure for lots of troubles.
A friend of mine has a 520 that used to lock up occasionally.  At times
it wouldn't boot.  After reseating the chips all was fine.  He mentioned
that it is quite simple to unsolder the RF shield that covers the main
circuit board.  Only a few small blobs of solder to melt away.
