I have a tone line (on GTE, sigh...), and the call appeared to make the central office think I was trying to make a "0" prefixed call, such as credit card or whatever. The funny "bong" tone appeared followed shortly by a baffled operator. Has anyone else had similar experiences, or can someone offer advice on how to use the ProModem in this mode. Normal tone dialing works fine. Thanks in advance, Steve Noland -------
