Paintgrabber is used to transfer regions from one MacPaint document
to another by opening a second window from which to cut and paste
into the MacPaint window.  It's a lot quicker than closing the
window, opening a new document, clipping, closing, reopening,
and pasting especially if you're combining things from several
different pictures.
