The problem occurs when I try to open an ASCII file such as one created by MacTerminal. Macwrite only opens the first 20K or so and then stops, and this is not due to lack of memory on disk since MacWrite would terminate the converting process if it ran out of disk space. I also checked and there was plently of space left. I tried the same thing on Microsoft Word and it worked fine. Could somebody tell me what the problem is, or is this unique to my disk?
