Does anybody out there know of any utility to convert from the MDS
.rel file format to an Aztec-C library file? 
Alternatively, if someone knows the format of either of these, I
could write my own converter.

The reason I ask is that there is a MacInTalk library of routines
distributed with the latest software supplement from Apple. The
only problem is it's distributed as a .rel file. I have the Aztec-C
system which apparently has it's own object file and library file
format. I can make a library file from an Aztec object module, but
the Aztec object file format is apparently different from that used by
the MDS system. I would like to play with some of these speech sysnthesis
routines, but can't with the present situation.
