Does anyone know what the format of a PACK resource is?  We've been looking
at the alternatives for distribution of the Macintosh Internet software, and
a package seems like the most satisfactory because of the freedom of calling
conventions (unlike desk accessories) and the fact that a new linker isn't
needed (unlike shared code segments).  Any help would be appreciated.
