Message-ID: <6429@ucla-cs.ARPA> Date: Thu, 25-Jul-85 21:23:51 EDT Article-I.D.: ucla-cs.6429 Posted: Thu Jul 25 21:23:51 1985 Date-Received: Sun, 4-Aug-85 09:51:19 EDT Organization: UCLA Computer Science Department Lines: 15 We are looking for a word processing program for macs that can handle equations nicely. Currently we use eqn/troff on a vax and send the output to a laser printer. We can get anything we want on this setup, but it can be a pain (edit file, troff file, go downstairs to get output, decide it's not quite right, come upstairs, and repeat). There must be a better way by now. Does it exist on the mac? Please send replies to me, for I usually don't read this news group. -- Willard Korfhage ARPA : korfhage@ucla-ats.arpa UUCP : {ucbvax,ihnp4,randvax,trwrb!trwspp,ism780}!ucla-cs!korfhage
