I need to buy a modem and found that I can get a good deal on
an Apple Modem 1200.  However, I know nothing about this device.
I'd appreciate any information concerning technical specs for this
modem, as well as answers to:

	1. What degree of Hayes compatibility does it have?
	2. How reliable is it?
