Message-ID: <2046@genat.UUCP> Date: Fri, 19-Jul-85 15:20:51 EDT Article-I.D.: genat.2046 Posted: Fri Jul 19 15:20:51 1985 Date-Received: Sat, 20-Jul-85 03:36:05 EDT Organization: Genamation Inc. (Toronto Ontario, Canada) Lines: 22 We have an IBM PC AT with an AMDEK 310A monochrome (TTL) monitor. We are looking for a video card that emulates the color graphics card but produces output on a monochrome monitor. We have tried the Paradise Modular Graphics card and the Genoa Spectrum both of which work except for one program - PLATO Homelink software from CDC. This program does work on a color graphics adapter connected to a color monitor. Has anyone else had problems with Paradise or Genoa? Would the Everex Graphics Edge card be a good choice? Any other cards to consider? Thanks for any help you can offer. Please send mail - I'll summarize if interest is there.
