If I remember the instructions I followed last week, you simply
reboot from the 3.1 DOS floppy, and then say SYS C:.  Naturally
you then copy over all the programs on the floppies to whatever
directory you keep your DOS commands.  I didn't have any problems
at all.  The procedure is different if you are upgrading from a 2.X
system.
