...and an incredible amount of piracy!!  I think Microsoft Flight
Simulator is the most pirated program I have ever seen with the possible
exception of Word Star.  Does a low price really inhibit piracy?  (The
Flight Simulator is also copy-protected, which shows that even the
combination of low price and a weak copy-protection scheme doesn't slow
people up.)
