I am a proud owner of a tandy 1000 and as far as I know it can only expand
to 640K.  The Main memory that the 1000 comes with on the mother board
is 2 sets of 64k DRAMS and they are soldiered on.  I am using a 3 parties
expanision board though which uses 256K's for expansion to 640K.
