Used with a 25" NEC color monitor/receiver the colors are good but the text, even though huge, is still color-fringed. I use the CoCo as a word processor on a 13" Korean color portable with the color turned down. I have had better results with a monochrome monitor using direct video for word processing but the computer is in the bedroom and I like to watch the late movie in color. avsds:steve
