They have SIGs or Forums which are run by SYSOPs (who have editorial control, but don't seem to use it much). And there are National Bulletin Boards, but I've never used them. All these are \Commercial/ attempts to do something like USENET. In fact, it makes me wonder ... When/how/where will USENET be gatewayed onto some commercial system?
