His name is Steve Feigenbaum and along with hornist Tom Scott he is responsible for some fine music. Check out "Things Are More Like They Are Now Than They Ever Were Before" - fine experimental/jazz stuff not *too* far removed from Muffins/H. Cow/Frith. And for godssake, people, send Steve your money! He is providing a tremendous service to those of us who want unusual/obscure stuff and don't have a fortune to spend on it.
